Cape Elizabeth Maine – Portland Head Lighthouse
What can I say about this session?? Everything was so perfect! From the weather, the scenery, the couple and the lighting! Staci came across my Facebook page way back in the winter of 2016. I decided to have a fun photo session giveaway for a special couple and posted the contest on my Facebook Page. Somehow Staci came across it and entered as well. Well after tons and tons of entries and me randomly choosing a winner, Staci ended up winning the giveaway! We chatted on and off for a few months. She had some great ideas but the weather or our schedules never matched up. So we ended up booking the date for November 5th in Cape Elizabeth, Maine at the Portland Head Lighthouse.
I had never been there before and I was in complete awe of the place from the moment I arrived. We lucked out with the weather too. It was warm, partly sunny and barely any wind. From the moment I met Staci and Luke, I could tell we were going to have a blast. Staci’s sense of style was gorgeous and matched the fall scenery so perfectly. I wanted to steal her yellow vest because I loved it so much haha! Luke’s outfits matched with Staci’s perfectly. They did a great job with styling themselves.
Staci and Luke absolutely rocked this session!! I honestly did not have to give them much guidance. All the cuteness, giggles and kisses were all them! Any pose I did suggest, they nailed! Every pose came so natural to them and they made it so much fun for me to photograph them. They were willing to do anything, especially climb up on a slippery dangerous rock just to get a great shot of the lighthouse behind them! I would photograph them again any time!! A couple that is so laid back, adventurous, loving and adorable is always a keeper in my book! xoxo
