Kayla and Chris are one of the sweetest couples I’ve ever met! We spent time at Fort Point State Park in Searsport, Maine or technically Stockstons Spring, Maine capturing their engagement photos on a beautiful June evening and we could not have asked for a more perfect night! It was cool and not too buggy and the sun made for amazing lighting!! We also had the entire lighthouse to ourselves so we were able to fro-lick on the beach, around the lighthouse and around the gorgeous greenery and gardens! These two have had quite the year and they deserve all the happiness and joy in the world! They also are finishing up their beautiful new home that Chris has been building and it was a bittersweet move for them. If you could’ve heard the cuteness that went on during their session it would make you giggle. They know each other so well and know how to make each other laugh.
Kayla and Chris were high school sweethearts who rode on the soccer bus together and they shared a few memories with me. When I asked them what they first noticed about each other, they both said their eyes. Take a look below at their beautiful eyes. All I can say is they will make some beautiful babies some day! (Which is their plan eventually) They are getting married in September in Verona Island, Maine right on the ocean and I cannot wait to be there with them to celebrate! I’d say 2021 is their year, and I’m so excited for their future together.
